The ground rules for using zavella.app and the apps we build. Client projects are covered by their own signed agreement.

About these terms
These terms apply to zavella.app and to any app built by Zavella LLC (“Zavella,” “we,” “us”) that you open. By using them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you're a client, your signed agreement with us controls wherever it differs from these terms.

The Zavella name, logo, website, designs, text, graphics, videos, and code are owned by Zavella LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our designs, templates, or code without our written permission.
Demos and samples
The demo apps and sample projects on this site are for illustration. Names, places, dates, and contact details in them are fictional or used with permission, and they may not reflect real schedules or availability.
Using an app
- Each app is made for one trip, wedding, or event and is shared by private link. Please don't post the link publicly unless the host says you can.
- The host who ordered the app is responsible for its content. Schedules, times, and details can change, so confirm anything important with the host or the official source.
- Weather, maps, and other outside information are provided by third parties and may be incomplete or out of date.
- If an app lets you share photos or messages, only share content you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, harmful, or offensive. We or the host may remove content at any time.
- Don't try to disrupt, hack, or misuse our sites or apps.
What you send us
You keep ownership of the content you send us. You give us permission to use it to provide our services, and you confirm you have the right to share it, including any information about other people.
Other sites
Our site and apps link to services we don't control, such as Google Maps, Cal.com, airlines, hotels, and venues. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
Our website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that they will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Zavella LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for missed connections, travel changes, or event changes, arising from your use of our website or apps. For anyone who isn't a client, our total liability for any claim relating to the website or apps is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
